Key Variables in Qdata NMIBC
Curated variables are extracted from EHR data to be utilized based on your research needs.
T Stage
This is determined by the size and extent of the tumor. T stage is graded from one to four, depending on the severity of the tumor.
Tumor Grade
This measurement describes the appearance of the cancer cells. Grades one through three are assigned based on how normal or abnormal the cells look, as well as how fast they are growing.
Dates of Reccurence
This is determined by extracting disease recurrence from EHR clinical notes and connecting it to the date of the note.
