Breast Cancer Real-World Data
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women (except for skin cancers), accounting for about 30% of all new female cancer diagnoses.
Qdata® can help lead to better treatments.
Qdata® Breast Cancer is an exclusive dataset providing a longitudinal view of diagnosis, biomarker status, treatment patterns, and real-world outcomes across early and metastatic disease.

About Qdata® Breast Cancer
Breast cancer occurs almost entirely in women, but men can get breast cancer, too. Breast cancers can start from different parts of the breast, and starts when cells bring to grow our of control. Breast cancer can spread when the cancer gets into the blood or lymph system and then are carried to other parts of the body.
Breast cancer medical research is aided by deeply abstracted, longitudinal breast cancer patient records that capture clinical detail required to understand disease biology, molecular subtype, and treatment response. The dataset includes HER2, HR, and BRCA classification, CDK4/6 inhibitor and targeted therapy exposure, stage at diagnosis, and detailed multi-line treatment sequencing. Each record is curated under oncology oversight and structured to support regulatory and development use.
The breast cancer dataset maintains high completeness across the clinical variables that drive decision-making, including molecular subtype, performance status, stage at diagnosis, and documented outcomes.
Evidence in Action
Comprehensive Coverage Across the Full Breast Cancer Continuum
With 6.3 years average length of follow-up, 96% metastatic patients with outcome data, and 11.4 performance statuses on average per patient, the dataset reflects both the specialized care setting and the surgical complexity central to breast cancer management.
Comprehensive Coverage of Breast Cancer Treatment Modalities
The breast cancer dataset reflects the full treatment landscape, from surgery and radiation through endocrine therapy, chemotherapy, HER2-targeted agents, CDK4/6 inhibitors, and PARP inhibitors. Each line of therapy is documented in sequence, with detailed response and outcome capture across early-stage and metastatic settings.
Actionable Molecular Subtype Classification
The breast cancer dataset captures clinically actionable molecular subtype classifications at the individual patient level through structured abstraction of pathology reports and clinical records. HER2, hormone receptor, and BRCA status are documented to support subgroup analyses and targeted therapy research across early-stage and metastatic settings.
