Helping Trial Sponsors Connect with Practices

Verana Health and the American Academy of Ophthalmology (Academy) have a common goal of providing IRIS® Registry (Intelligent Research in Sight) practices and their patients with more opportunities to be involved in clinical trials.

To broaden patient access to clinical trials, Verana Health has developed Site Explorer, a site selection offering that will help sponsors identify interested practices that have specific patient populations that fit their clinical trial criteria. This is an IRIS Registry benefit that is supported by the Academy, so there is no cost to your practice to participate. The practice-specific details included will be limited to publicly available information and no patient-specific information will be shared.

Verana Research Network (VRN)

The Verana Research Network (VRN) is an initiative in partnership with our medical society data partners. The goal of the network is to accelerate patient recruitment, increase clinical trials access, and help advance research throughout the U.S.

The VRN is an invite-only membership for Principal Investigators and Research Staff.
