Verana Health Achieves ONC Certification for its Quality Measures Dashboard

Certification will enable Verana Health to support practices participating in select qualified clinical data registries in quality measures reporting as a part of MIPS performance-based payment system
San Francisco, CA — November 08, 2021 — Verana Health today announced that it has achieved certification from the Office of the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology (ONC) for its “Verana Quality Measures” (VQM) dashboard.
Verana Health’s VQM dashboard is for practices participating in the American Academy of Ophthalmology IRIS® Registry (Intelligent Research in Sight) and the American Academy of Neurology Axon Registry®. The VQM dashboard has received ONC certification to analyze and produce data for Quality Performance Measures and specifically electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs). The certification also enables Verana Health to support the Promoting Interoperability performance category of the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).

Verana Health was tested and certified by ICSA Labs, an ONC Authorized Test Lab and Certification Body, to be in accordance with applicable certification criteria put forth by the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
